Hills to Hidden Shore Escape

From misty peaks to secret shores - discover Sri Lanka's quieter side.

Not every beautiful place announces itself loudly. Some of Sri Lanka’s finest experiences are found in its quieter corners, the colonial stillness of Nuwara Eliya, the wild shoreline of Tangalle, the laid-back bay of Hiriketiya and the hidden coves between Mirissa and the southern tip. This 12-day journey moves from the lush hill country and its legendary scenic train, gradually unfurling toward a coastline that feels worlds away from the crowded tourist trail. Unhurried and beautiful, this is the Sri Lanka that rewards slow travellers and those willing to wander just a little further.

Day 1 - Bandaranaike Airport → Colombo→ Rooftop views / seaside dinner

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to your boutique city hotel in Colombo. The evening is deliberately relaxed – rooftop drinks as city lights shimmer below, or a leisurely seafood dinner by the Galle Face oceanfront. This is your first taste of Sri Lanka’s layered character: colonial, cosmopolitan and deeply hospitable all at once.
